Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

In order to initiate a return of your watch, please note that your item must remain unused and in the original condition of receipt. It must not have been disassembled, either by you or a watchmaker. In addition, it is imperative that it is kept in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

- Additional warranty or coverage,

- Gift voucher,

- An item that has been used and/or damaged,

- Item having been dismantled, whether by the customer, a third party or a watchmaker (loss of warranty),

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase printed directly in your return. This is available in your order confirmation email.

In some cases, returns or repairs are not granted: (if applicable)

- Item damaged by the customer (glass, bracelet for example) or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part,

For this as proof, please record a video of opening the package after receiving. We will only resolve complaints/disputes based on a valid video,

- Any item dismantled, whether by the customer, a third party or a watchmaker (loss of warranty) ,

- Item no longer under warranty,

- A used item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@avantoh.com.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Items on sale or on sale will require you to pay the cost of returning the item and are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged (not disassembled, whether by you, a third party or a watchmaker) . If you would like to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@avantoh.com .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves with the intent to return it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are never refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your shipment. We cannot 100% guarantee that we will receive your returned item back from the carrier.
