Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return of your watch, please note that your item must remain unused and in the original condition it was received. It must not have been disassembled, either by you or a watchmaker. In addition, it is imperative that it be kept in its original packaging.
Any item received damaged must be reported immediately on the day of receipt. You must contact us by email at contact@avantoh.com, attaching photos and/or videos of the product and packaging. Otherwise, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Items that cannot be returned
Additional warranty or coverage, gift voucher, an item that has been used and/or damaged, an item that has been dismantled, whether by the customer, a third party or a watchmaker (loss of warranty).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase printed directly on your return. This is available in your order confirmation email.
Return verification
Before shipping your return, we will ask you for a video of the product to verify that it is in perfect condition and complies with our conditions. If the watch shows signs of use or damage, the return may be refused.
In some cases, returns or repairs are not granted:
Item damaged by the customer (glass, bracelet for example) or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part, any item dismantled, whether by the customer, a third party or a watchmaker (loss of warranty), item which is no longer under warranty, a used item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you whether your refund request is approved or declined .

If your refund is approved , it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
- If the refund is refused (item damaged, used, dismantled, not in accordance with our conditions or outside the deadline), the item will be returned to you at our expense, without the possibility of exchange or refund.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@avantoh.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged (not disassembled, whether by you, a third party, or a watchmaker). If you would like to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@avantoh.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves with the intent to return it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about the return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are never refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee 100% that we will receive the returned item from the carrier.
