Your orders are prepared by our logistics teams within 1 day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and an email will be sent to you to confirm shipment. You will then be delivered within 3 to 5 working days for delivery in France via Colissimo.
All Avantoh products are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo directly to your home. If you are absent, La Poste will leave a calling card and drop off your order at the partner relay point or post office closest to you. You will then need to have your Colissimo tracking number and your identity card to collect your package. Your package will then remain at the drop-off location for 15 days before being returned to us.

All you need to do is go to the La Poste website and enter the tracking number you received by email.
At Avantoh, your products are shipped within a maximum of 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you encounter any problems, you have 14 days to return your items. Send an email to contact@avantoh.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions on how to return them. We would like to inform our customers that returns are not free. While we would love to offer them, this is not yet possible due to the high logistics costs associated with preparing and shipping large and heavy orders. To receive a refund or free exchange, it is important that the watches have not been used and that they are still in their original packaging. If any of these points are not respected upon receipt of your return, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. The refund will be made within 15 days and will be automatically credited to the account associated with the bank card used for the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment. Our refund policy applies to individuals only. For businesses, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Did you buy the wrong color or isn't the color of your watch right for you? We accept exchanges for unused products within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs. Send an email to contact@avantoh.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure to follow to obtain your exchange. Once your return has been received and quality control has been carried out, we will send your exchange free of charge.
