Delivery

All information about shipping and delivery of your order.

Your orders are prepared by our logistics teams in 1 day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and an email will be sent to you to confirm shipment.

You will then be delivered in 3 to 5 working days for delivery in France via Colissimo.

All products at Avantoh are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo directly to your home.

In case of absence, La Poste will leave a calling card and drop off your order at the partner relay point or post office closest to you.

You will then need to have your Colissimo tracking number and your identity card to collect your package.

Your package will then remain at the drop-off location for 15 days before being returned to us.

Please contact us promptly at contact@avantoh.com so that we can take the necessary steps.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All you need to do is go to the La Poste website and enter the tracking number you received by email.

Order

All the information you need to know about your order.

At Avantoh, your products are shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will therefore receive within 48 hours of your order a shipping confirmation email containing a delivery tracking link. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 72 hours, we invite you to contact us at contact@avantoh.com.

Did you make a mistake when ordering? No problem, send us an email quickly to contact@avantoh.com.

We will cancel or modify your order if it has not already been prepared for shipment by our logistics department. If it is already in transit, you will have 30 days to return it to us.


We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.

Your data is confidential and will only be used to process your order. We guarantee the security of your payment information with state-of-the-art SSL encryption technology. No information will be shared with third parties.


Returns & Exchanges

All the information you need to know to make a return or exchange.

In case of a problem you have 30 days to return your items to us. Send an email to contact@avantoh.com specifying your order number and we will send you the procedure to follow.

We would like to inform our customers that returns are not free. Although we would like to be able to offer them, this is not yet possible due to the high logistics costs associated with preparing and shipping large and heavy orders.

To get a refund or free exchange, it is important that the watches have not been used and that they are still in their original packaging. If any of these points are not respected when we receive your return, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

The refund will be made within 15 days and will be made automatically to the account associated with the bank card used during the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment.

Our refund conditions only apply to individuals. For businesses, products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Have you chosen the wrong color or is the color of your watch not right for you? We accept exchanges of unused products within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Send an email to contact@avantoh.com specifying your order number and we will send you the procedure to follow to obtain your exchange.

Once your return has been received and the quality control has been carried out, we will proceed to send your exchange free of charge.
